This is a hidden gem tucked away in a small neighborhood in Londonderry. It's pricey, but very worth it. We started off with a loaf of freshly baked sourdough rye bread. It was so hot it was hard to handle. We shared an endive salad and each had a bowl of pasta. My Amatriciana was amazing. Better than my own. The key had to be the cured guanciale. At the end my wife had a freshly baked apple tart in. Everything was superb. Afterwards we had a drink at the bar. It was a wonderful experience.

Awesome evening on a cold winter night. Beautiful setting in this 1790 house. Great service. Delicious dishes. We had 3 different entrees and all raved about their pick. Also wine by the glass was excellent at a reasonable price.

my husband and I went to Solo for the first time for date night and everything far exceeded our expectations. The aesthetic is so cute from the front entryway to the fireplace at the bar and when you sit down you feel like you’re having dinner at a friend’s house. We got specialty mock-tails and they were absolutely delicious. We also ordered a few appetizers and dinner and everything was very unique and filled with flavor. A few mentioned small portions but I did not think so at all - I left very full! It was such a fun experience. The staff was also super friendly and knowledgeable about the restaurant and food. Even the house cat came right up to us as we left for a little love!

This place is a very special find. The cuisine is Michelin star to say the least. They source things locally and the presentation is nothing short of art on a plate! I had a 1/2 dozen oysters and the Duck. The duck breast was tender and flavorful! Craft cocktails and exceptionally attentive service round out the experience. If you’re in the area don’t miss out on this place!

My partner and I had friends visiting from out of town. Unfortunately their drive was delayed due to a snowstorm and we were forced to alter I reservation 3x. The staff at SoLo were so kind and accommodating never making us feel bad about the changes just happy we were dining with them. The atmosphere inside was so welcoming and cozy with just the right amount of upscale feel. The quintessential Vermont dining experience. Our server was lovely and very knowledgeable about the menu. The food was fantastic, every member of our party raved about the food. Although this was our first time, because the restaurant is farm to table the menu seems to change a lot, however the oysters we had on this particular winter night were the best I’ve ever had in my entire life! We also couldn’t stop sharing the ramen and the brisket. I also want to mention the tequila based cocktail I had was great. So well balanced and so tasty. This place was amazing! We will definitely be back. A 5 star experience all around.

This is not a place you would find by chance; you would drive right past this unassuming house built in the late 1700s. But make it your destination, and an excellent dinner awaits. The interior is charming, the staff friendly and ready to give excellent service. So my wife and I shared the sourdough rye bread and a bowl of the baked potato soup. This is an elevated potato soup, with trout roe, smoked bacon, and scallions. It's almost a meal. For the main, I enjoyed the pork ramen, which was an explosion of flavor, (and gets a "yum"), while my wife went with the rigatoni, also top notch. After my usual starting cocktail, I ordered the pairing cabernet, most enjoyable. The atmosphere was conversational with sprinkled laughter. Not to be missed if you are in the South Londonderry area.

What an incredible experience. My wife and I along with 2 other couples came here for a night out without the kids to celebrate Father's Day and this place was amazing. The hospitality was top notch from the owners giving us their back story, the private dining room we dined in, to the staff explaining each dish to us. The drinks were delicious and the meals were incredibly flavorful and completely original. We all walked away having an amazing time and a lasting memory. We plan to come back again later in the summer when they change out the seasonal items.
